Helping British Gas say thank you to their customers

British Gas Rewards was launched in 2017, to say a big thank you to British Gas’ customers.


The programme gives customers exciting rewards and giveaways from British Gas and other brands that their customers love. Alongside bright ideas to help them enjoy life at home even more.


In recent months we have been thrilled to work with the British Gas Team and Ogilvy to deliver and implement a range of strategic partnerships and rewards; all designed to delight and inspire British Gas’ customers. The rewards were delivered from sectors we identified as being key passion areas for British Gas’ customers and have delivered a positive impact on engagement and strong redemptions for the partners.

We are proud to announce that we won Highly Commended for Best New Loyalty Programme at the Loyalty Magazine Awards 2019 and received a silver IPM award last night in the Automotive, Appliances & Utilities category and a bronze in the Incentive, Loyalty, Reward or Motivation Programme category for our work and achievements on the outstanding British Gas Rewards loyalty programme.



We are delighted to announce that we partnered with British Gas Rewards alongside Spark Lab and Centrica XR Solutions (a team dedicated to promoting immersive technologies). We created an exceptional and brand-new augmented reality experience for their members, which can be accessed online.


 Members had the chance to win millions of prizes (including family holidays, smart technology devices and meals out) by helping Wilbur the Penguin (the lovable British Gas mascot) to locate Easter eggs – a family friendly activity. This innovative new gamified and augmented reality experience was available to all British Gas Rewards customers in April 2019.
